In their own words

  • Municipal transfers and municipal funding model - exploring new funding mechanisms for municipalities beyond gas tax transfers and program-specific conditional programs. Creation of a new dedicated federal transfer for municipal core infrastructure - to provide discretionary funding to municipalities for water and wastewater projects. Presumably housed at Housing, Communities and Infrastructure Canada.
  • Policing costs - federal transfers (source at discretion of the Crown) to offset increased policing costs associated with federal government actions and decisions (for example, increases in remuneration beyond CPI, universal body camera requirements, etc.)

Meetings from the Commissioner of Lobbying of Canada. Canada does not require lobbyists to disclose what they spend, so there is no lobbying budget to report here — only the meetings they filed.
