Canada (Attorney General), 2025 BCSC 1490. The object of the lobbying is to convince the government of Canada to respond to that BCSC decision in such a way that protects the company from any resulting losses, costs or other negative impacts.
Meetings from the Commissioner of Lobbying of Canada. Canada does not require lobbyists to disclose what they spend, so there is no lobbying budget to report here — only the meetings they filed.
