In their own words

  • Les Armateurs du Saint-Laurent (ASL) demandent au gouvernement fédéral de renouveler et d’accroître son appui à l’industrie du transport maritime de courte distance (TMCD). Pour ce faire, l’ASL sollicite l’engagement du gouvernement fédéral à : Soutenir et cofinancer la mise à jour de l’étude sur le TMCD, afin d’identifier les obstacles actuels, les occasions à saisir et les recommandations concrètes à mettre en œuvre ; Investir dans les infrastructures maritimes et les cadres politiques qui renforcent la résilience et la compétitivité du secteur du transport maritime de courte distance ; Reconnaître le transport maritime de courte distance comme un mode de transport stratégique et durable, contribuant aux objectifs économiques, environnementaux et logistiques du Canada;

Meetings from the Commissioner of Lobbying of Canada. Canada does not require lobbyists to disclose what they spend, so there is no lobbying budget to report here — only the meetings they filed.
